Axiom is a retail store that sells everyday products and merchandise. We are NOT a cryptocurrency exchange, trading platform, or financial service provider. We are a traditional retail business that accepts cryptocurrency as an additional payment method alongside cash and card payments.

2. Products and Services

We sell physical goods including computer components, gaming peripherals, laptops, desktops, networking equipment, tech accessories, and provide professional repair services. All products are sold for immediate use, not for investment or resale purposes.

3. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cash (USD)
  • Credit/Debit Cards
  • Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, USDT) - as a payment option only

Important: Cryptocurrency payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not provide cryptocurrency trading, exchange, or investment services. Cryptocurrency is accepted solely as a method of payment for retail goods.

4. Cryptocurrency Payment Terms

When paying with cryptocurrency:

  • The price is quoted in USD and converted to cryptocurrency at current market rates
  • You are responsible for any blockchain network fees (gas fees)
  • Transactions are processed on the blockchain and typically take seconds to minutes
  • Once confirmed on the blockchain, cryptocurrency payments are final
  • We do not store, hold, or have access to your cryptocurrency wallet or private keys
  • You maintain full control of your cryptocurrency at all times

5. Refunds and Returns

Our standard return policy applies to all purchases regardless of payment method:

  • Products may be returned within 30 days with receipt
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • Refunds for cryptocurrency purchases will be processed to your wallet address
  • Refund amounts are based on the USD value at time of refund, not original purchase
  • We are not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations

6. Customer Responsibilities

When shopping at Axiom, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate payment information
  • Use your own cryptocurrency wallet and maintain your own security
  • Understand that cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible
  • Verify the payment amount and wallet address before confirming
  • Comply with all applicable laws regarding cryptocurrency use in your jurisdiction
